Blepharoplasty, as a procedure, can restore youthful
appearing eyes, but for some patients, it is heavy, sagging
brows that impart a look of fatigue and age. For this small
subset of patients, a browlift is often the proper surgical
intervention to alleviate this look. Several different techniques
have been developed to perform a browlift: open, endoscopic,
and direct methods. Each has particular advantages and
disadvantages.

method. Here, the incision is placed in a forehead wrinkle,
and the proper amount of redundant skin is removed in
cosmetically inconspicuous location, and the brow elevated
and restored to its correct anatomic  location. The results
