COVID-19 Message to Patient (updated 6/18/2020)
The protection of our patients, colleagues, and community is Suncoast’s top priority. Due to the uncertainty and spread of COVID-19, and recommendations given by the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) we are asking patients to refrain from bringing spouses, other family members and friends who are not medically or legally required to be at the appointment.
Legal documentation and infectious disease screening will be required in order for anyone other than the patient to be allowed at the visit.
In addition, ALL patients will complete an infectious disease screening form
prior to being allowed back.
***All staff and patients are required to wear masks while in the office***
