Biography
Natalie was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and attended the University of Florida, in Gainesville, FL, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. Thereafter, she earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the UF College of Medicine. She is a board-certified Physician Assistant and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistant Diplomate Fellow. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Early in her career, while her husband was stationed in Ft. Benning, Georgia, Natalie served two years in a rural health care clinic in the primary care setting with a pediatric focus . She then returned to Florida where she spent ten years in the acute care setting as an Interventional Radiology provider at John’s Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. There, she cared for some of the most critical patients by helping perform diagnostic procedures as well as managing peri-operative and post-operative care. During her tenure, she also served in the vascular anomalies clinic, where she gained experience with an array of congenital diseases, many that presented with unique skin conditions.
During her spare time, Natalie loves traveling, art, design, music, and spending time with her family being outdoors. Her family loves spontaneity and laughter. After all, laughter is the best medicine.
