Captique injectable is non-animal stabilized hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler that has received approval from the FDA for the reduction of facial lines and wrinkles. What is Captique dermal filler?

This clear gel comprising a purified form of HA offers fullness the aging skin by volumizing the sagging areas temporarily. The treatment provider injects Captique right beneath the surface of the skin to treat wrinkles temporarily.

This cosmetic dermatology product is very adaptable and offers excellent outcomes. It can effectively correct various facial areas such as vertical lip lines, smile lines (nasolabial folds), lip corners (marionette lines), and crow’s feet.

It can also reduce the creases that lead to the mouth corners turning down. The outcomes of Captique are safe, predictable and instant with minimal downtime.

Suncoast Skin Solutions, led by astute board-certified dermatologist Dr. Christopher Ewanowski, provides Captique dermal filler injections to patients in Tampa, Brandon, Lutz, Seminole, Riverview, Brooksville, Winter Haven, Daytona Beach, Largo, St. Petersburg, Ocala, The Villages Central Florida, Florida, and other cities and towns in this region of the country.

Characteristics of Captique

Captique dermal filler gel has the below mentioned key attributes:

  • Contains highly purified non-animal stabilized HA
  • Does not involve pre-treatment skin tests
  • Used to address moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds
  • A multi-faceted dermal filler that can offer excellent wrinkle correction in various facial sites
  • Immediate procedure
  • Instant and sustainable outcomes
  • Simple treatment that the patient can receive during their lunch hour

How does Captique Filler Work?

Captique gel is placed through injections just underneath the skin’s surface to add temporary volume to skin layers that are depleted because of aging and other reasons. When this medical spa filler is injected beneath the skin, it elevates skin depressions offering a temporary visible improvement in folds and wrinkles.

This gel should not be injected into a blood vessel as this could cause a stoppage of blood flow in that region. A clogged blood vessel may lead to temporary discoloration in the affected area or even tissue death causing a scab and/or formation of a scar.

A majority of patients can quickly resume their routine after this procedure. However, there may be temporary puffiness in the treatment sites.

Longevity of Results

The correction that Captique cosmetic filler treatment offers is temporary. Therefore, the patient will typically require touch up injections and repeat treatments to maintain the results. Touch-up requirements will be determined by continual movements such as smiling and other muscle activity as well as biological changes such as aging which led to the initial skin depressions.

Frequency of Treatment

Each person has different skin. This is the reason for the variation in the timing of additional treatments between two individuals.

The body will naturally absorb the Captique facial filler over time warranting repetitive treatments. In case the patient decides that they do not want further treatment, any gel that remains in the body will be absorbed over time and the skin will slowly resume its natural shape.

The patient will need touch-up injections twice or thrice a year to maintain the outcomes of the Captique treatment. Many individuals make Captique an integral part of their beauty regimen.
